Patch／Rokuro-kubi the pulley neck

Usually taking a form of a beautiful woman, the neck of these yokai lengthens while they sleep. This famous yokai has been depicted in many manga starting from the Edo period.
 

*Hyakki-yako is a late-night parade of "yokai" (spirits). White threads of the patch glows in the dark.
